There are a ton of new cell and sponsored captive formations across all domiciles. This interactive session will cover a brief background on cell/sponsored captives and explore recent developments, innovative uses, reporting and general evolution.

Questions to be posed and answered within the session include:

     - What makes these structures so attractive?
     - What are the main issues that should be considered when evaluating joining a cell facility?
     - What are some of the more common notions and concerns that participants, sponsors and regulators have?
     - What are the benefits and considerations?

All these questions and more will be explored. Not all cell facilities are created equal, and the value that each individual participant derives from them will be as unique as the risk they insure. Join us!
