The coronavirus brought the longest U.S. economic expansion on written record to a screeching halt. Social distancing measures took hold as cities, states, and countries went into lockdown, producing a historic collapse in economic activity. Now, 18 months after the onset of the pandemic in the U.S., we analyze the post-COVID-19 landscape. This interactive session will provide an update on the state of the economy, macroeconomic themes, global monetary policy, the overall direction of interest rates and health of capital markets. Join us as we share the latest economic update and share diverse perspectives from an investment manager who focuses exclusively on managing assets for captive insurance companies, and case studies from a captive manager.
