We have all heard the adage "The only constant is change." But change is almost always difficult, both for individuals and in the greater collective. As the pandemic progresses, we sometimes wonder "When will we get back to normal?" But it is actually quite unlikely that activities, office culture, travel, etc. will fully return to their pre-COVID states. So how do we accept and learn to even embrace change, how do we assist our colleagues and clients in embracing change, and what opportunities and risks are developing as a result of recent events? How is risk management being used to reduce current risks? How are companies utilizing their captive programs to mitigate risks and enhance corporate wellness programs? What struggles, successes and lessons learned have been found from their experience of having this new virtual workforce?
