VCIA's President and Legislative Committee work together to monitor and influence legislation that is favorable to captives at both the state and federal level. Current laws and regulations are monitored and VCIA works closely with the state's policymakers to address any unintended outcomes and recommend further enhancements,VCIA also works with its members to identify opportunities for strengthening the domicile, and works to gain passage of legislation.
